 Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji :

The Guru Granth Sahib was first compiled by the Fifth Sikh Guru, Arjan Dev, in 1604 in the city of Amritsar. Its second and last version was the handiwork of Guru Gobind Singh, and it was finalized at Damdama Sahib in the year 1705. He added the hymns of his father, Guru Tegh Bahadur, the Ninth Master, and a couplet of his own to the volume wrought a century earlier.



2. Guru Nanak Dev ji :

Nanak was born on 15 April 1469 at Rāi Bhoi Kī Talvaṇḍī village (present-day  Nankana sahib, Punjab  Pakistan) in the Lahore province of the Delhi Sultanate, although according to one tradition, he was born in the Indian month of Kartik or November, known as Kattak in Punjabi.




3.Guru Angad Dev Ji :

Guru Angad (31 March 1504 – 29 March 1552) Gurmukhi: ਗੁਰੂ ਅੰਗਦ, pronunciation:   was the second of the ten Sikh Gurus of Sikhism. After meeting Guru the founder of Sikhism, becoming a Sikh, and serving and working with Guru Nanak for many years, Guru Nanak gave the name Angad ("my own limb"), and chose Angad as the second Sikh Guru




 4. Guru Amar Das ji :           
Guru Amar Das, (born 1479, Khadur  India—died 1574, Goindwal), third Sikh Guru (1522–74), so named at the advanced age of 73. He is noted for his division of the Punjab into administrative districts and for encouraging missionary work to spread the Sikh faith.Under Guru Amar Das’s direction, the city of Goindwal became a centre of Sikh authority and learning


5 .Guru Ram Das ji :

 Guru Ram Das is the fourth Sikh Guru. He was born in Lahore, Pakistan. His father’s name was Hardas Ji Sodhi and his mother was Mata Daya Kaur Ji. He married the daughter of Guru Amar Das, Bibi Bhani Ji.

Like the preceding Sikh Gurus, Guru Ram Das had mystical visions and wrote songs explaining the nature of the Divine and the human experience. Among his compositions is the Lavaan – the Sikh wedding ceremony – which he composed on his own wedding day to Bibi Bhani. He also wrote four songs known as the Engagement Shabads as well as many other compositions.
